Carlos Meglia

Sad news continues to plague the entertainment community, but in terms of hitting closer to home a great loss has been endured with the passing of one of my favorite artists Carlos Meglia. His work was a great influence on me in the way of style and presentation. Lots of life in the work, and it's hard to lose someone who has affected you to the point where it's just a part of your everyday life now...I think it's a little ironic that I just finished a Superman piece being that the first work I saw of his was the Superman/Tarzan crossover, which almost obviously had an affect on my work... You will be missed Carlos...RIP maestro...

Livin' n stuff

So I'm contemplating the idea of moving back to NYC from LA. In the process of weighing the pros and cons, differences, etc. Jobs in the complete right direction in the way of video games could be in the wait and pay very well in NYC, however, the world of cinema has not yet seen the last of Chadwick Coleman. I'm not an actor, but I like being part of the film making process in any respect really... the future is blurry, yet clear..we'll see

Me Blog Spot!

Howdy Y'all,

So this will be the beginning of the end if you allow me to ramble on in blog format, but I suppose it has to begin somewhere. A lot of my other friends( esp fellow artists) have blogs now so I figured I'd join in the fun so I too can remember the thought process I was going through at any given time on projects on which I am working..and silly a$$ life.

I've been posting artwork on deviantart for the past year and it has proven to be well worth it in the way of gaining exposure and meeting other artists in the industry who I respect and admire. so this is sort of a way for me to actually see who's out there viewing my webpage and would like to comment directly to me about it.

This may be a bit premature (as I'm not quite famous yet..hah) but give it time ;)
